Dimexon is proud to announce the publication of our 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) report, Crafted with Transparency.
The report documents Dimexon’s progress in 2025 and sets out our priorities for the years to come. Crafted with Transparency is our fifth annual ESG report, published as Dimexon marks 60 years in business and 50 years as a De Beers Sightholder.
“Crafted with Transparency reflects the values that have guided Dimexon for six decades,” says Dimexon CEO Rajiv Mehta. “For us, performance and integrity are inseparable, and trust is built through the care we take in our work and the transparency with which we share it.
One of the ESG major developments outlined in the report is the launch in 2025 of Infinitrace, Dimexon’s proprietary traceability platform, which was the first in the industry to merge provenance data with impact metrics. The report also charts the company’s advances across its climate and nature strategies, and fresh steps taken to further invest in its people and communities.
Dimexon’s ESG reporting focuses on four pillars: Environmental Synergy, Product Integrity, Social Stewardship and Responsible Business Conduct. Highlights from this year’s report include:
Environmental Synergy
- 50% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared with the CY2019 baseline
- 57% of total energy consumed came from renewable sources
- 11,379 kilolitres of wastewater recycled and reused
- Zero waste to landfill at the Coimbatore site
- Dimexon’s first TNFD-aligned report published
Product Integrity
- Infinitrace launched, bringing provenance information and key ESG indicators together
- 100% of diamonds had verified provenance
- 100% of suppliers complied with KYC requirements under AML/CFT rules
- 36% of suppliers were Responsible Jewellery Council certified
Social Stewardship
- Women represented 78.7% of the workforce
- 7,183 hours of employee training delivered, up 78% on CY2024
- 100% of employees completed ESG and ethics training
- 92% return-to-work rate following parental leave
Responsible Business Conduct
- Responsible Jewellery Council recertification achieved for a further three years, to 30 June 2028
- Zero substantiated compliance breaches
- Zero cases of bribery or corruption
- 50 years as a De Beers Sightholder, since 1976
